1. Exit

- Wings are closed
- The right foot must be on the edge of the door frame for proper launch.
– Look towards the prop or door of the aircraft for stability.
- Open wings after 2 seconds. (maintain “close one‐thousand,
fly one‐thousand”)
2.Fly along with the flight course
-Turn 90 degrees to the West à Turn 90 degrees to the DZ
3. UP / DOWN Control
– Wait for the signal to start maneuvers.
– The student will climb 10’ above the coach and wait for the coach to match altitude.

– The student will drop 10’ below the coach and wait for the coach to match altitude.

– Repeat these maneuvers until reaching an altitude of 6000 feet.
4. Deployment
– 6,000ft, look at coach and give him “no more work” by shaking head.
– 5,500ft Lock on.
– 5,000ft Wave off.
– 4,500ft Pull
