1. Exit
Front Float Exit
- Grab the bar while wings are closed
- There is no ‘jump’ from the aircraft; it is merely a transfer of weight from the
balls of the foot to the heel of the foot.
– Look towards the prop or door of the aircraft for stability.
- Open wings after 2 seconds. (maintain “close one‐thousand,
fly one‐thousand”)
2.Fly along with the flight course
-Turn 90 degrees to the West à Turn 90 degrees to the DZ
3.Speed-up
– Accelerate for 3 seconds after coach signals.
– Lowering head and pointing toes.
4. Stop & Drop (Stopping & Decelerating)
– Your legs remain in line with body while lower legs are raised to a 45 °angle.

5. Speed-up
– Accelerate for 3 seconds.
6.Slow & Hold
– Perform slow & hold for 5 seconds.
– Your knees are dropped, calves should remain parallel to earth.

7. Speed-up
– Accelerate for 3 seconds.
8. Stall / Emergency Stop
– Perform stall / emergency stop.
– By throwing head backwards, pushing palms towards earth,
spreading legs, and cupping/de‐arching body for maximum size
and air.

9.Deployment
– 6,000ft, look at coach and give him “no more work” by shaking head.
– 5,500ft Lock on.
– 5,000ft Wave off.
– 4,500ft Pull
