- Belly exit. (Backfly exit for coach)
- Open wings after 2 seconds. (maintain “close one‐thousand,
fly one‐thousand”)
2.Fly along with the flight course
-Turn 90 degrees to the West à Turn 90 degrees to the DZ
3. Backflying
– Transition from front to back, and holds back position #1 for 7‐10 seconds.

– Transition from back to belly, re‐sets heading, and transitions from belly to
back again, to position #2.

– Transition from back to belly, re‐sets heading, and transitions from belly to
back again, to position #3.

– At 7000 feet, you transition from back to belly and stays on belly.
4. Deployment
– 6,000ft, look at coach and give him “no more work” by shaking head.
– 5,500ft Lock on.
– 5,000ft Wave off.
– 4,500ft Pull
